Our fresh products are carefully selected from the mountain meadows thanks to our three generations of experience in the sector.
Additionally, at Carnicería Charcutería Hernández, of course, we offer a wide variety of traditional Guijuelo sausages. Iberian and non-Iberian, but always following the curing, marinating and presentation customs of our land.
